If you love skiing you will be amazed by the Dolomiti Super Ski, and Alpe Cermis, Bellamonte, Alpe Luisa, Passo Rolle, Centro del fondo Passo Lavazè ski runs. We are reffering to landscape that host the famous Marcialonga race, in Jenuary and February.
As an alternative, you will find many opportunities for have fun at open air: in the natural parks of Paneveggio- Pale di San Martino and of Monte Corno, or snow walking, snow rackets hiking, Nordic walking, ice skiing and snow sledging.
For your White Weeks at the Residence Mich in Val di Fiemme, you find the Ski Center Latemar: 110 km snow runs, with new ski lifts and artificial snow machines, 120 ski instructors and ski bus service.
If you are a snow board lover you can launch yourself in jump, rail and the 80 mt long half pipe in the Snowpark.
For amusement there is Alpine Coaster Gardonè, more than 1650 mt long: endless paths on railway, between jumps, bumps, bends in safety. The park is comfortably reachable from Predazzo with the funicular Predazzo-Gardonè.
Do not miss the Five Nations in Predazzo, Agnello in Pampeago and Pala di Santa. On the Lagorai Slopes, the ski area of Cermis with Olympia ski run, which is Dolomite’s longest slope , easily reachable from the town centre of Cavalese and from the rail station with the funicular.
Good vibrations keep on Passo Rolle, where landscapes are breathtaking: the Paradiso black ski run, the Rolle Railz Park for snow boards, the Malga Venegia and Baita Segantini, for suggestive strolls.
You will find hiding places in the snow for your children: in Dosso Larici in the Cermislandia play ground, the Kinderheim nursery school, and Via del Bosco, to discover a natural kingdom.
The ski runs of Bellamonte and Alpe Lusia are equipped to host disabled: from ski lifts to the shelters and from shuttle buses to the ski lift access thoughout.
If you want to spend a different evening, each tuesaday, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. the Obergen Ski slopes are light up for thrilling slopes by ski or sledge.
A white week to ski in Val di Fiemme is a paradise also for cross country ski lovers: more than 150km of ski runs, and 2 big ski centres, Passo Lavazè and the sport hall “Lago di Tesero’.
These two ski areas are in perfect conditions: they have hosted two Nordic Ski World Championships, early in 1991, eventually in 2003, and lastly from 20th febraury to 3rd of March 2013.
