The Turkish bath

The Turkish bath, with pine aromatic steam, reaches temperatures between 30° C and 42° C, at the level of the ground and the ceiling, respectively. Humidity at 100% and the beneficial properties of pine essence both favour perspiration through the skin and decongestion of the respiratory tracts.
